• GCash or PayMaya / Maya account details (mobile number only — jiliaa does not store full e-wallet credentials);

• Debit card details (card number is tokenised — jiliaa does not store full card numbers);
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment methods used.

2.4 Gaming & Behavioural Data

• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years following the resolution of each support interaction;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements;
• Technical & Device Logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for fraud investigation or legal proceedings.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where data is anonymised, the anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

• Regular Security Audits: Periodic penetration testing and security audits conducted by independent third-party security firms;
• Staff Training: Regular data privacy and security training for all jiliaa staff who handle personal data;
• Incident Response: A documented data breach response plan, including procedures for notifying affected players and the NPC within required timeframes.

While jiliaa takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials and for notifying jiliaa immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jiliaa has violated your data privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact jiliaa's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. jiliaa will respond to all valid requests within fifteen (15) business days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with prior notification to you.

11. Children & Minors

jiliaa Casino is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. jiliaa does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jiliaa discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations), and the matter will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to jiliaa, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 14.

12. Third-Party Links

The jiliaa Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, payment provider portals). jiliaa is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites. This Policy applies solely to data collected by jiliaa through the Platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Platform.

13. Amendments to This Policy

jiliaa reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jiliaa will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
